PURPOSE:To facilitate size and weight reduction by a voiding increase of coil and capacitor sizes for a resonance converter. CONSTITUTION:The leakage inductance 8 and a distributed capacitances 9 (both, primary and secondary) of an insulating transformer 5 are positively utilized as a resonance coil and a capacitor. In order not to decline the secondary load impedance of the transformer 5, a choke-input smoothing unit is employed to improve the efficiency. |
