摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable an energy saving type hot water feeding and heating facility to be utilized also as a heating operation by a method wherein there are provided an outer easing forming an air guiding clearance between it and an outer surface of a hot water storing tank, having a high temperature medium discharging port at an upper part and a hot air discharging port at a lower part, and a heat exchanger for use in heating water stored in the hot water storing tank within an auxiliary heating tank. CONSTITUTION:As hot water HW is stored up to about a middle level within a hot water storing tank 1, hot air fed into a suction port 44 within an auxiliary heating tank 42 is retrieved from its heat by a heat exchanger 41 within an auxiliary heating tank 42, the air passes through a discharging port 45 and advances into an air guiding clearance 70. When the air passes through the air guiding clearance 70, heat is supplied to this air from hot water HW through the outer surface of the hot water storing tank 1, the air becomes high temperature air and then the air is discharged from a high temperature discharging port 72. In this case, as a hot water storing amount of the hot water HW is high in its volume, the air becomes easily air of high temperature. In turn, hot air of which heat has been removed by the lower outer surface of the hot water storing tank 1 when the air passes through the lower part within the air guiding clearance 70 from a hot air discharging port 73. Accordingly, each of air of high temperature and hot air each can be effectively utilized for the heating operation.</p>
