PURPOSE:To obtain a manufacturing method of ferrite powder which can obtain ferrite resin having high permeability. CONSTITUTION:In the manufacturing method of ferrite powder wherein grinding and regular baking are performed after preliminary baking, N2 gas atmosphere is used when the temperature is raised in the course of the regular baking of the ferrite powder. At the hightest temperature of 1300-1350 deg.C, an atmosphere of oxygen pressure 1-20% is used, and N2 gas atmosphere is applied in the course of cooling. |
