ELECTRONIC PART MOUNTING ACCURACY CONTROL METHOD

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a QFP good item mounting accuracy control method which enables reduction of a manufacturing (QFP mount position accuracy)+(cream solder print position accuracy)+(solder spread amount). It is determined that there is no possibility of generation of solder bridge between QFP leads by satisfying the relational expression. Thereby, it is possible to eliminate the need for repeating useless experiments and examining generation of solder bridge and to reduce a manufacturing cost.
