STRUCTURE OF SEPARATED IRON CORE

PURPOSE:To eliminate the fixing work using a bonding agent by a method wherein buried type screw bodies are respectively screwed into both ends of a frame while the title separated iron cores are fixed into a frame by tightening the screw bodies using either one buried type screw bodies for potential fixation. CONSTITUTION:The title separated iron core in a half circular arc shape is composed of the said iron core 1 and frame 2 for coupling upper and lower parts. The frame 2 in almost the same side shape as that of the core 1 while coupling pieces 2a are protruded from both ends of the half circular arc part. At this time, buried type screw bodies 5 are externally screwed respectively in both ends of the frame 2 in the state of said core 1 having gaps around the same 1 to be fixed in the frame 2 by tightening these screw bodies 5. Furthermore, two each of these screw bodies 5 are screwed in the end plates 2b on the outer diameter side at the end of the frame 2 and either one of the screw bodies 5 is grounded for potential fixation.
