<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the title space-saving ferrite core for flyback transformer fit for heat radiation by a method wherein a hole passing a primary winding is bored in a ferrite core forming a FBT to pass a copper wire etc., through this hole to be series-connected to the primary winding. CONSTITUTION:A ferrite core annexed part 5a is integrally formed with a pair of U type cores in parallel with a magnetic leg in junction with one of said cores forming a ferrite core 1 for flyback transformer (FBT) and then a hole 6a in the same direction as that of a magnetic path is bored. Next, a part of copper wire 2a of the primary winding 2 is passed through the hole 6a. Through these procedures, the circuit consuming the resonance current running in the primary winding of FBT can be integrated with the FBT, thereby enabling the low heat generating FBT covering less shared area than conventional one to be obtained.</p> |
