<p>PURPOSE:To provide a computer network device which holds the continuity of time of the executing processing even in the case of the interval of output of a reference time signal is longer than the time interval of the processing executed by a slave computer. CONSTITUTION:In distinction from a conventional example, this device uses a slave computer 2 provided with a slave clock 21 and a software means 22 for pace adjustment, and the slave clock 21 is provided with a clock pulse oscillator 3 which outputs a primary clock pulse 3a having an original frequency f0, a frequency dividing circuit device 4 which is provided with a programmable counter to correct the counted value in accordance with a pace adjustment signal 22a outputted from the software means 22 for pace adjustment and normally obtains a secondary clock pulse 4a having 1Hz from the original frequency f0, and a time signal generating circuit device 5 which outputs a time signal 5a obtained by subjecting the pulse 4a to 1/m frequency division processing or the like. The software means 22 for pace adjustment calculates the value of the pace adjustment signal 22a in accordance with a time signal 71a outputted from a host computer and the time signal 5a.</p> |
