PURPOSE:To easily and precisely detect a slight amount of aluminum within a short time with no need of protein removal by containing a surface active agent in a moving phase. CONSTITUTION:In the case aluminum contained in a sample in vivo is analyzed and determined by liquid-phase chromatography, a reversed phase column, a protein-coated ODS column, a column consisting of a carrier having both a hydrophilic group and a hydrophobic group, etc., are used as a fixed phase and the composition and the moving speed of a moving phase are selected based on the type and the capacity of the fixed phase and the determining method of the separated aluminum and in that case the moving phase necessarily contains a surface active agent, e.g. sodium dodecyl sulfate as an anionic surface active agent, CA-2330 as a cationic surface active agent, etc. Separating function is improved by using a moving phase containing a surface active agent and thus a peak (a signal) attributed to aluminum and a peak attributed to another component are sharply separated and the height and the surface area of the peaks are increased and the sensitivity is increased. |
