PURPOSE:To obtain a solar cell module which has excellent weather resistance, heat insulation and impact resistance and can suppress long period performance deterioration of a photovoltaic element to a minimum limit by providing a semiconductor active layer as a light-transforming member, and providing a transparent surface covering material containing alkylated tertiary amine on a light incident side surface. CONSTITUTION:A solar cell module is formed of a board 101, a photovoltaic element 102, a rear surface coating film 103, a rear surface filler 104, a filler 105 having surface transparency and a transparent film 106 disposed on the uppermost surface. The element 102 is obtained by forming a semiconductor photoactive element as a light-transforming member on a conductive base. As the filler 105 having surface transparency, ethylene copolymer is preferable, and crosslinking is preferable by considering high-temperature available environment. Since the copolymer has deteriorated light resistance, it is preferable to add light stabilizer. As the stabilizer, alkylated tertiary amine is necessarily contained. |
