发明名称 HYDROGEN FLAME IONIZATION DETECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate the need of using another insulating member so as to reduce the number of parts and enable compact-size and low cost by forming the body of a detecting block by ceramics like a cylinder and making a collector formed by a metal layer adhere to the inner peripheral surface. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical vapour chimney 1 and a bed block 12 which construct the main body of a detecting block are formed by ceramics, and a collector 2 formed by a gold plate layer is made adhere to the inner peripheral surface of the chimney 1. As the chimney 1 and the bed block 12 are formed by ceramics, the insulation performance of ceramics eliminate the need of another insulating member, the detector can be formed by two members so as to remarkably reduce the number of parts, decrease the assembling manhour, and reduce the manufacturing cost. Further, as the ceramics can be easily formed and make the thickness thinner, the detector can be made in a compact size and decreased in its weight.
