A method for preparing solid pharmaceuticals capable of virtually instantaneous disintegration for use in chemotherapy, wherein one or more active principles previously coated with a binder are mixed with a cellulose expanding agent and one or more water-soluble diluents before powder compression. Solid pharmaceuticals may thus be prepared.
