<p>PURPOSE:To provide a liquid crystal panel of a TFT system, etc., which is decreased in the danger of generating an uneven display on a screen by the influence of the electric fields formed between pixel electrodes and bus lines particularly at the time of display operation. CONSTITUTION:The regions right above the pixel electrodes 12 are segmented to regions B near the bus lines in proximity to the bus lines 14, 15 and regions A distant from the bus lines exclusive thereof and have first oriented films 16 and second oriented films 16' on the regions A distant from the bus lines and the regions B near the bus lines. The first oriented films 16 are deposited on a glass substrate 11 formed with the pixel electrodes 12 via insulating films 13 and the second oriented films 16' are formed without via the insulating films 13 on the glass substrate 11 formed with the pixel electrodes 12.</p> |
