<p>The method of oblong processing of wooden materials is based on the fact that the required number of incisions of required depth is made along the full length of the wooden material, oblongly toward the wooden material at once, and simultaneously this incised layer is cut in the horizontal direction. The equipment consists of four supports placed in a steel frame wherein on the first pair of supports the horizontal saw discs (3) are placed and connected with the driver (1) through the matrix (2). On the second pair of supports the vertical saw discs (5) with determining ringlets (6) are placed and connected with the driver (4). The saw discs (3, 5) are both vertically and horizontally adjustable toward each other and, at the same time, the whole system of saw discs (3, 5) is simultaneously vertically adjustable.</p> |
