To prevent generation of a spark, and dispense with an insulating measure of a table roller by winding heating coils so that the magnetic flux directions of adjacent C-shaped inductors are mutually formed in the inverse direction. When a high frequency current is carried from electric power supply 7 to heating coils 5A and 5B of plural C-shaped inductors 1A and 1B juxtaposed in the carrying direction of a heating object material 6 sent by being supported with a table roller 9, mutually inversely turning magnetic fluxes are generated in the adjacent inductors 1A and 1B. Therefore, the inversely turning magnetic fluxes cross each other in a loop circuit formed of resistance of the heating object material 6 and resistance of an edge part and a loop circuit formed of grounding resistance andresistance of an edge part, and electromotive forces turn in the direction for negating each other. Therefore, the electromotive forces in the loop circuits are set to 0, and an electric current is made not to flow into the ground through the table roller 9, and generation of a spark can be prevented, and an insulating measure of the table roller 9 can be made unnecessary. |
