A PC card (10) includes a board assembly (12) enclosed by top and bottom covers (14, 16). The board assembly (12) includes a PC board (20) with end housings (24, 26) on its opposite ends. A connector (38) is mounted within one of the end housings (24, 26) and electrically interconnected to the PC board (20). Key-receiving slots (40, 48) extend through the opposite sides of the first and second end housings (24, 26). Tracks (62, 62') on the opposite sides of the top and bottom covers (14, 16) from keyways (82) extending between the key-receiving slots (40, 48) on the opposite sides of the board assembly (12). Elongated keys (18) extend through the key-receiving slots (40, 48) of the end housings (24, 26) and through the keyways (82) to secure the top and bottom covers (14, 16) to the board assembly (12). Releasable latches (92) hold the keys (18) within the keyways (82).
