The apparatus includes a line interface unit(21) for classifying input signal with speed of 1.544Mbps as data information signal, line synchronous data signal, and status signal, converting the signals to digital, and for transmitting the digital signal through data and signal bus(24), a signal processor(22) for analyzing the digital signal and for sending the classified information signal in the forms of line signals, and an I/O units(23) comprising a keyboard, a monitor, and a printer.
