the first procedure which outputs received data imputing from a transmitting side-data server to A port when data outputting through B port to switching circuit simultaneously as storing the received data to the memory; the second procedure which stores received data to the memory through the switching circuit when data receiving at B port; the third procedure which outputs stored data to a connected line side-data server through A port; the fourth procedure which controls data flow by inspecting the data receiving for cutting require when not executing the first, second and the third procedure.
