Cosmetic or dermatological compsn. for depigmentation of the skin comprises, in an aq. medium:(a) an aq. suspension of liposomes that encapsulate a conc. plant extract rich in arbutin (I), and(b) an aq. suspension of glycospheres that encapsulate procyanidol oligomers (II).
