Organic human manure is manufactured by (A) mixing night soil, from which 70-80% water is removed, and plant growth promoting agent; (B) boiling the mixture at higher than 100 deg.C for 120-180mins, while applying high voltage current at higher than 3300V at an interval of 3-4 secs to discharge for 2-3 mins to sterilize pathogenic bacteria ; (C) leaving it in the atmosphere to be cooled; and (D) first grinding the mixture to separate impurities, followed by second grinding to produce powdered manure.
