<p>The dispenser comprises a support (1) for the container (2) to be filled, a source of liquid, and a switch (7, 9, 13) controlling the flow of liquid into the container. The support (1) supports the container (2) with the assistance of a resilient means (4). The switch is operated by the container (2), whereby the switch is activated by the empty container (2) being urged against it by the resilient means (4) and deactivated when the weight of the filled container overcomes the resilient means.
