摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To obtain a high-performance detector which generates a high-accuracy, stable measured value of a current by forming a conductor layer where the current to be measured flows in the through-hole of a substrate and providing a couple of magnetoelectric converting elements in opposite areas at the periphery of the conductor layer. CONSTITUTION:The conductor layer 14 where the current to be measured flows is adhered on the wall of the circularly sectioned through-hole 13 bored in the substrate 12 made of glass, silicon, etc., a land part 14-1 including an external connection terminal is formed on the surface of the substrate 12 integrally with the conductor layer 14, and a conductor layer 14-2 which is formed of an external connection medium integrally with the conductor layer 14 is adhered on the entire reverse surface of the substrate 12. In the peripheral opposite areas of the conductor layer 14, the magnetoelectric converting elements 15 and 16 are provided which converts a magnetic field 19 produced at the periphery of the conductor layer 14 magnetoelectrically in the peripheral opposite areas of the conductor layer 14. Thus, the position relation between the magnetoelectric elements 15 and 16 and conductor layer 14 is accurately fixed, so output variations of the magnetoelectric converting elements 15 and 16 are led out to detect the object current which flows in the conductor layer 14 stably with high accuracy.</p>
