PURPOSE:To provide a fluid supply device simple in structure, easy to operate at the time of use, enabled in miniaturization and wt. reduction and suitable to carry. CONSTITUTION:Oxygen generated from the anode of a water electrolizing cell is utilized as pressure gas and hydrogen generated from the cathode thereof is occluded by a hydrogen occluding alloy 14 so as not to be discharged to the outside of a fluid supply device. Hydrogen generated from the cathode is introduced into a hydrogen storage container 13 to be immediately occluded by the hydrogen occluding alloy 14. Therefore, a phenomenon such that hydrogen once generated transmits through a cation exchange membrane 6 to reach an oxygen side and is re-bonded to oxygen to return into water can be prevented and, the relation between supply quantity of electricity and the generation amt. of oxygen, in other words, the accurate relation between supply quantity of electricity and the supply amt. of a fluid is kept. |
