The internal pressure holding frame is constituted of a polyolefinic thermoplastic elastomer and a glass pressure contact part 9, the contact membrane 10 of an inner bottom part and the contact membranes thin 11 of both corners of the outer periphery of the bottom part are formed by using a compsn. prepared by mixing powdery or granular additives having various sizes composed of a polyolefinic resin high in viscosity and low in flowability with a polyolefinic resin low in friction resistance and viscosity and high in flowability and two extruders, that is, an extruder of a resin for the internal pressure holding frame and an extruder of a resin for membranes are simultaneously operated to form uneven rough both thin surface parts due to heat on the surfaces of both thin membranes.
