PURPOSE:To obtain a uniform slurry for ceramic composite material, having a low viscosity even in the case of a high blending ratio of ceramics in the slurry by blending a ceramic powder having the surface treated with a silane compound with a specific binder. CONSTITUTION:This slurry for a ceramic composite material comprises a ceramic powder having the surface treated with a silane compound and a binder having photopolymerization or photocrosslinking properties. Furthermore, a solvent is added preferably at a ratio of <=100 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. ceramic powder (containing assistant such as a sintering assistant). A ceramic/ cured resin layer is formed by forming a slurry layer of a prescribed shape by using the above slurry for the ceramic composite material and then curing the slurry layer by exposure to light. Next, the ceramic composite material is formed by introducing another slurry layer onto the ceramic/cured resin layer, exposing the slurry layer to light, curing the slurry layer, and successively and repetitively forming the ceramic/cured resin layers. |
