<p>PURPOSE:To surely prevent the environmental pollution due to the dust exudation liquid even at an already constructed dust buried place, besides a newly constructed dust place, by striking the suction cylinders each of which is constituted so that a perforated inner cylinder charged with the artificial zeolite is inserted into a perforated outer cylinder at a prescribed place around the periphery of a dust buried place which is formed by the covering with soil and sand. CONSTITUTION:A hole 12 for throwing away dust is excaveted on a base ground 11, and the peripheral wall of the hole 12 is covered with a covering member 13. Dust 14 is thrown away into the hole 12, and soil and sand 15 are applied on the dust 14. On the periphery of the dust buried ground R, suction cylinders 16 are struck. The suction cylinder 16 consists of a perforated outer cylinder 17 and a perforated inner cylinder 18 inserted into the perforated outer cylinder 17, and a number of through holes 17A are formed from the lower part on the perforated outer cylinder 17, and the inside of the perforated inner cylinder 18 is charged with a screen-shaped cylinder body 18A, and the inside of the perforated inner cylinder 18 is charged with the granular artificial zeolite 19. The exudation liquid is sucked up through the capillary phenomenon to the artificial zeolite 19 through the through holes 17A on the perforated outer cylinder 17 of the suction cylinder 16 and the screen-shaped cylinder body 18A of the perforated inner cylinder 18, and the harmful substance is suction-removed.</p> |
