<p>PURPOSE:To break a frozen section by conducting electricity through a motor for an auto-closure mechanism, rotating a latch in the direction that the latch is further clamped from the place of full-latch, and firmly abutting the inwall of a car door against a weatherstrip when a lock is released by a key and remote control operation. CONSTITUTION:When a key is inserted into a key cylinder 39 and a lock is released, electricity is conducted through a motor M by a switch turned on by release operation relatively. A latch is turned in the direction that the latch is further clamped through a wire 27, a shaft 20, an arm, a link and a roller. The inwall 36 of a sliding door 4 is pushed strongly against a weatherstrip 37, and a frozen section 40 is broken. When a lock lever is brought to an unlock state simultaneously and an outer handle 31 is operated so as to open the door, a ratchet is released from the latch through a rod 35, thus opening the door. Accordingly, the frozen door can be opened simply.</p> |
