STRUCTURE AND METHOD FOR INSTALLING OUTDOOR EQUIPMENT OF AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE:To install outdoor equipment of an air conditioner to a corridor side of an apartment house having a single-load structure without reducing an exclusively possessed area of each apartment, without deteriorating a corridor environment. CONSTITUTION:There is installed an overhanging area 22 which extends partially a corridor slab to an exterior wall side of a corridor. This overhanging area 22 is exclusively designed to install outdoor equipment 24 of an air conditioner and installed at least for every partial dwelling house 10a of an apartment house. This overhanging area 22 is provided with a housing structure where the outdoor equipment 24 is installed and housed therein.
