PURPOSE:To provide a writing instrument with an opener for opening a fastened staple by grasping slidably a press plate of a pocket hook section of a writing instrument on a bracket protruding on a main body. CONSTITUTION:A press plate 2 of a pocket hook section of a writing instrument is grasped slidably on a bracket 3 protruding on a main body 1. When a fastened staple is opened, the press plate 2 is pressed to a head section properly, and the press plate 2 is pressed to the top section of the head from the oblique direction and opened. Channels are formed on the right and left of an upper section of the bracket 3 so that the press plate 2 can be capped and grasped slidably in the channels. |
