摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a gas-generating agent capable of preventing the decomposition of the base material and preserving the base material in safe conditions for a long time while keeping preferable characteristics as a gas-generating agent. CONSTITUTION:This gas-generating agent for air bag contains a nitrogen- containing organic compound and an oxidation agent as active components and further contains a component to induce decomposition of the nitrogen- containing organic compound. At least one selected from the nitrogen-containing organic compound and a component to induce decomposition of the nitrogen- containing organic compound is treated on its surface.
