PURPOSE:To improve heat balance and to contribute to environmental measures by solidifying and separating gaseous CO2 in combustion waste gas of LNG utilizing LNG cold by endothermic evaporation before introducing into a combustor and utilizing the CO2 in a circulating recovery system or discharging it to outside a liquefying recovery system. CONSTITUTION:Waste gas from a combustor using LNG as fuel is dehumidified and the precooled, and indirectly exchanges heat with LNG cold by endothermic evaporation before introducing into the combustor, and also a gaseous CO2 component thereof is cooled and solidified. The waste gas contg. the solidified gaseous CO2 is separated into two phase of solid and liquid to recover the gaseous CO2 component. As a systematic treating device for this purpose, waste gas dehumidifying means 5, 9, 12, a precooling means 16 for waste gas after dehumidification, a gaseous CO2 cooling and solidifying means 121 following this means 16, a solid-liquid separating means 23 and a liquefying means are systematically connected to form a treating system. Indirect heat exchange treating mechanisms (20; 21-30-3-31) for heat exchanging with the LNG cold by its endothermic evaporation before introducing into the combustor is provided in this system. |
