PURPOSE:To independently continue the operation of a production machine even when trouble is generated in a network by transmitting the monitoring result of the operation state of the production machine to a server from the terminal monitoring the production machine and also storing the same in an external memory device. CONSTITUTION:Work unit monitoring terminals monitoring the operation states of respective work units at every work units and at least one server are provided and subjected to network connection to constitute a computer network system. Herein, the work unit monitoring terminals 20a-20c, 22, 24 store the monitoring results of the work units to be monitored in their memory means and also transmit them to the server 28. The server 28 transmits the quality check items related to the works in the work units to the respective terminals 20a-20c, 22, 24 taking change of the respective work units. The terminals urge an operator to check the qualities corresponding to quality check items at a predetermined point of time before the start of work or during work and the check results are stored in the memory means and transmitted to the server 28. |
