PURPOSE:To automate the production process by superposing two sheets of side wall plates forming a polyethylene layer with a blank in which nonwoven cloths are partly fused and fusing the contact face. CONSTITUTION:Two (front and rear sides) sheets side wall plates 110 having nine vertical folding lines and knob plates 111, 112 at the wall face and having fitting notches 115-118 and bottom reinforcing plates 113, 114 at the lower end, and blank base materials 100 symmetrically formed at the upper and lower parts through right and left folding parts 121, 122 connecting to the lower end of knob plates 111, 112, are made by a punching machine, by use of a paper board 100 of which rear outermost layer is made of polyethylene. Nonwoven cloth 200 is partly fused 21-26 at the rear face of the blank base material 100 to make the blank 10 of which whole surface is covered. Next, the nonwoven cloth is put at the rear side and the front side and the rear side are superposed and further, the bottom reinforcing plates 113, 114 and the folding-in parts 121, 122 are folded in. And the superposed contact faces of the knob plates 111, 112, the nonwoven cloth 200, and the folding-in parts 121, 122 are fused to obtain an extracting tool. |
