<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the looseness of a conveyor at the time of passing a material to be heated through an induction heating coil while laying the material and stabilize the heating work by arranging an air pressure tension adding mechanism as a tension wheel for endless conveyor. CONSTITUTION:The tension adding mechanism is arranged as the tension wheel 35 for the endless conveyor 21 which is supported with supporting wheels 24a-c and driven by a driving wheel 22 and run in the induction heating coil 11 while laying the material 1 to be heated. This mechanism is constituted with a cylinder 36 for shifting the tension wheel 35 and a pressure control device 37 and a compressed air source 38 for supplying the compressed air into the cylinder 36. In the case of extending the conveyor 21 with the heat in the heating coil 11 while laying the material 1 to be heated, this tension adding mechanism shifts the tension wheel 35 at the fixed pressure with the compressed air cylinder 36 corresponding to the extension. Therefore, the conveying of the material to be heated is always stabilized without loosening the conveyor 21.</p> |
