<p>PURPOSE:To prevent stack from shifting without lowering productivity by a method wherein the lowermost stage and the uppermost stage of the stack are made of a laminate construct or a copper clad laminate construct having the layers of less than a specified number of layers, while the intermediate stages are made of a multi-layered copper clad laminate construct having a specified number of layers. CONSTITUTION:The lowermost stage and the uppermost stage of stack are made of a laminate construct or a copper clad laminate having the layers of less than four layers, while the intermediate stages are made of a copper clad laminate construct having the layers of more than six layers. Concretely, under the condition that positioning jigs 2 are arranged along the outer periphery of a mirror plate 11 so as to dispose pins 3 upright in order to positioningly fix double-sided circuit boards 4 for an inner layer, three sets of inner and lower layer production materials for lamination molding are arranged so as to assembly twelve stages, for example, through the mirror plates between the sets of the production materials in order to laminatingly mold the whole assembly, onto which a mirror plate 113 is placed, under heat and pressure through an upper and a lower plates. Further, in this case, each of multi-layered copper clad laminate constructs at the lowermost stage and at the uppermost stage is a construct for double sided copper clad laminate, which is prepared by laminating three prepregs 5 for copper foil 6 and the copper foils 6 on one another, while each of construct at the stages ranging from the second stage to the eleven stage is a construct for multi-layered copper clad laminate with six layers including two double-sided circuit boards.</p> |
