PURPOSE:To reduce an unevenness in the dimensional precision, and improve the assembly workability by a method wherein folding lines of a box-shaped cushioning material for packaging, which is formed by folding a flat plate-form corrugated fiberboard along folding lines, are set in the direction which is tilted to the direction of the corrugation of the corrugated fiberboard. CONSTITUTION:Two box-shaped cushioning materials 21 for which the raw material for a cushioning material being cut from a corrugated fiberboard is formed by folding are provided, and in an internal space of these box-shaped cushioning materials 21, an air-conditioner 22 is arranged in such a manner that both side parts of the cushioning materials 21 may be fitted. Then, the whole body of a frame body 23 made of a corrugated fiberboard which surrounds the air-conitioner 22 and box-shaped cushioning materials 21 is integrally tied with a binding band 24. In this case, a layout is done in such a manner that folding lines 8 of the box-shaped cushioning materials 21 may extend in the direction which is at 45 deg. to the direction 9 of the corrugation of the corrugated fiberboard. By this method, even when a compressive deformation of the box-shaped cushioning materials 21 due to a stacking load at the time of storage, and an impact to the upper surface of the box-shaped cushioning materials 21 are generated, the front surface panel of the air-conditioner 22 can be prevented from being deformed or damaged. |
