PURPOSE:To improve strength at an optional part by arranging pellets having reinforcing fiber on a surface of a first compound layer obtained by layering a compound in which a thermosetting resin and a woody fiber are mixed, covering it so as to layer a second compound layer, and pressing it with heat. CONSTITUTION:A compound 13 in which phenol resin and woody fiber are mixed is layered so as to form a first compound layer 13a. On the surface thereof, pellets 14 are arranged uniformly. The pellet 14 is made of a glass fiber 14a as a core material with a plastic resin 14b formed on its surface, manufactured by a resin pelletizing device. Next, a second compound layer 13b is layered so as to cover the pellets 14 and the compound layer 13a, which is formed into a sandwichlike shape. The surface of it is shaved and flattened, set in a heat press mold 26, pressed with heat, and formed into a molded piece. Accordingly, strength at a part where the pellets 14 are placed is improved, so that strength of an optional part can be set optionally. |
