PURPOSE:To perform high resolution processing to a recomposed image without limiting a degree of freedom on design by switching the connection of each X-ray detecting element and a means which holds a measuring value transiently corresponding to the switching timing of an X-ray focusing position. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray source 2 and the X-ray detecting elements d0-d (Nb-1) are arranged at a position where they are confronted with each other holding a testee 4 between them and a means 12 controlling the deflection of an X-ray focal point 9 is provided on a scan mechanism part 1. The X-ray focal point 9 radiates an X-ray 5 of fan beam shape, and the X-ray detecting elements d0-d (Nb-1) measure X-ray strength transmitting the testee 4. Projection data held once with a holding means 13 is transferred to memories 15, 16 via a multiplexer 6 at a specific timing and to a reconfiguration arithmetic part 7 via an interpolation arithmetic means 17. The transfer timing of data from the X-ray detecting elements d0-d (Nb-1) to the means 13 which holds the data transiently or the one from the means 13 which holds the data transiently to the multiplexer 6 is controlled by a data flow switching control means 14. |
