PURPOSE:To provide an acceleration slip control device which is constituted to rapidly relax control of suppression of drive torque when a vehicle is neither started nor accelerated even through control of suppression of drive torque. CONSTITUTION:When an accelerator pedal is pedaled and a car body speed VSO is below a set value V2 at S301 and 302, provided a value, being higher, of accumulation values of a difference in the number of revolutions between right and left drive wheels and non-drive wheels exceeds a set value, control of suppression of drive torque is prohibited at 303 and 304. Since, when the accumulation value exceeds the set value, it is immediately prohibited, a sufficient drive force is exerted on a drive wheel before the drive wheel can not be escaped from deep snow and a muddy road, and an escape is practicable. Further, the accumulation value is the numbers of revolutions accumulated for a specified time shorter than a time in which an accumulation value of a difference in the number of revolutions exceeds a set value when a vehicle is started and accelerated in an excellent state through control of suppression of driven torque. An error in which control of suppression of drive torque is prohibited though a vehicle is started accelerated in an excellent state through control of suppression of drive torque is prevented from occurring.
