<p>PURPOSE:To provide a seat excellent in the vibration blocking characteristic, heat durability, cushioning characteristic, and the like by forming a reverse- surface deep-drawn shaped portion of the seat by a specific resin molding, forming a cushion layer by a specific net structure, and integrating the resin molding and the net structure by an adhesive. CONSTITUTION:A vehicular seat mainly comprises a seat part and a seat back part each of which formed of a side material, a cushion layer, a reverse-surface deep-drawn shaped portion. The reverse-surface deep-drawn shaped portion of the seat is composed of injected resin moldings 3, 4 with an aperture of 10% or larger. The cushion layer is formed of a net structure 2 having an apparent density of 0.01-0.2g/cm<3> and formed of a thermoplastic elastic resin wherein continuous line springs of fineness of 100,000 denier or less have been bent and wound so as to contact one another and most of the contact potions thereof have been fused. The resin moldings 3, 4 and the net structure 2 are integrated by using an adhesive or by self adhesion.</p> |
