<p>PURPOSE:To provide a cooling machine for vegetables capable of simplifying the precooling or cooling of the vegetables and distributing the vegetables at normal temperatures. CONSTITUTION:This cooling and distributing system for cut vegetables, usual vegetables and slices of fresh fishes is capable of filling the cut vegetables, usual vegetables and slices of the fresh fishes in an expanded polystyrene box, place liquid ice in the polystyrene box and cool the cut vegetables, etc., in the cut vegetables prepared by passing vegetables through respective steps for harvesting and regulating, washing, sterilizing, slicing, washing, dehydrating, cooling and measuring thereof and filling the resultant vegetables in a small bag. The expanded polystyrene box and liquid ice are used for cooling the cut vegetables to simplify the cooling of the vegetables and cold is reserved even in distribution to prevent the material temperature from rising. The proliferation of germs growing in the vegetables such as the cut vegetables and slices of the fresh fishes is controlled to kill the germs and conveyance is readily and simply performed without requiring other cooling apparatuses.</p> |
