PURPOSE:To obtain flaked feed for aquarium fishes rich in nutritive value, increasing the rate of the growth of fishes, improving the color generation of red aquarium fishes, and not giving such a side effect such as that of an artificial colorant by subjecting a water-containing material comprising fish meal, photosynthesizing bacteria, and an adhesive agent to a thermal drying treatment. CONSTITUTION:Fish meal such as white fish meal, photosynthesizing bacteria, and an adhesive agent such as wheat flour are mixed e.g. in a mixing ratio of 80:5:15, and the obtained water-containing material 2 is thinly spread on the periphery of a drum 1 and subsequently thermally dried e.g. at 190.6 deg.C for 3-5min with the rotation of the drum 1 to obtain the objective flaked feed 3. |
