PURPOSE:To reduce the sewing cost, and hang the pocket by only one suspending rod by a method wherein a pleat is provided at the center of a sheet-form material in the longitudinal direction, and the sheet is folded in three in the longitudinal direction, and then, both side edges and the lower end edge of the sheet are sewn, and a suspending rod insertion part is provided in parallel with a folding line at the upper end, and incisions are provided under the suspending rod insertion part. CONSTITUTION:A pleat 2 is provided at the center in the width direction of a sheet material 1, and the sheet 1 is folded in three sections into an N shape along folding lines 3a, 3b. Then, its third folded piece (1c) is made shorter than first and second folded pieces (1a), (1b). Also, a discontinued line-form incision 4 is provided in the vicinity of the lower end of the folded piece (1a). Then, the first folded piece (1a) and second folded piece (1b) are sewn 5 under the folding line 3a to form a suspending rod insertion part 6. In addition, respective folded pieces (1a), (1b), (1c) are sewn 5 along their both side edges and lower end edges. Then, a suspending rod 7 is inserted in the suspending rod insertion part 6, and the completed sheet 1 is set in a corrugated fiberboard. Then, the discontinued line-form incision 4 is cut open, and food utensils are stored in two pockets between the folded pieces (1a), (1b) and between the folded pieces (1b), (1c). |
