System composed of a self-supporting metal modular structure which is covered over its two faces between which the thermal and sound insulation is incorporated, and the installations, consisting of "C"-section posts placed parallel at regular intervals, joined via the ends to "U"-section beams in which they are inserted and fastened with screws, rivets or welds, in order to form a rigid building structure of basic enclosure modules or with standardized window or door apertures and which serves as a basis for the determination of all the floor (site) measurements, resulting in a flexible design with fewer basic parts which is especially suited to dry construction. <IMAGE>
