PROCESSING METHOD OF WELDING PIPE-JOINT OF FLUORORESIN

PURPOSE:To provide a method for welding wherein the inside of a pipe joint of piping of fluororesin is smooth and the joint has a high strength. CONSTITUTION:A fluororesin pipe 3 fixed on an outer frame 1 and a fluororesin pipe 4 fixed on an outer frame 2 are arranged on the same axle, an inner frame 5 is arranged so that it is communicated with the fluororesin pipe 3 and fluororesin pipe 4, the fluororesin pipe 3 and fluororesin pipe 4 are melted by hot air through a gap between the outer frame 1 and outer frame 2 and the fluororesin 3 fixed to the outer frame 1 and the fluororesin pipe 4 fixed to the outer frame 2 are pressed on the right and left. Hereby, welding is performed so as to secure strength by smoothing the inside of the joint and forming a fluororesin projection surrounded by the outer frame 1 and outer frame 2 on the circumference of the joint.
