PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic molded product having good mechanical processability and chemical corrosion resistance by molding a specific composition for molding a ceramic, and subsequently thermally sintering the molded product to deposit the eutectic crystals of diopside crystals and mica fluoride crystals. CONSTITUTION:The method for producing the ceramic molded product comprises heating the fine powder of a raw material composition comprising 30-75wt.% of SiO2, 3-20wt.% of Al2O3, 5-35wt.% of MgO, 2-15-wt.% of CaO, 3-15wt.% of K2O and/or BaO, 2-12wt.% of Na2O, and 2-9wt.% of F, regrinding the produced calcination product, molding the ground molding composition, and subsequently thermally sintering the molded product to deposit the eutectic crystals of diopside crystals and mica fluoride crystals. The method for producing the ceramic molded product enables to achieve the production of long dimensional products and also achieve an energy-saving production method utilizing the sintering at a low temperature, the use of low cost raw materials, etc. |
