PURPOSE:To provide a soup supplier wherein a predetermined amount of soup of a predetermined concentration can be automatically supplied at a predetermined high temperature to a container such as a bowl, the soup is free from alteration and change in taste, and the soup may not be unnecessarily wasted. CONSTITUTION:This soup supplier comprises a container table 1, a hot water feed tank 3 wherein a part of it is close to the table 1 and approximately above it, an undiluted solution dispensing mechanism 21 for dispensing undiluted soup 18 in an undiluted soup tank 17 by a constant amount, and a mixdispensing means 16 positioned between the hot water feed tank 3 and the container table 1 for mixing hot water 4 in the tank 3 and the undiluted soup 18 dispensed from the undiluted solution dispensing mechanism 21 to dispense into a container 2 on the container table 1. |
