<p>PURPOSE:To provide a dirt-scrubbing device which prevents the dirt-scrubbing cloth from producing slippage between its cloth and the core plate in using the device to finely scrub and also provide the device which can be easily produced. CONSTITUTION:The periphery of a hard core plate 1 is covered with a thin layer 2 made of a flexible plastic foam with about several mm thickness, closely fitted to the external face, as the structure of a dirt-scrubber. And further, the external periperal face of both core plate and foam is closely covered with a dirt-scrubbing cloth 3.</p> |
