PURPOSE:To simplify the form of a partition plate so as to improve press- molding and also to reduce a cost and weight in a liquid enclosing type vibration proof mount in which a liquid chamber is divided into two liquid chambers linked together via an orifice by means of a partition plate. CONSTITUTION:A partition plate 5 is formed by a reverse cup-like cylindrical body 9 loosely inserted having a specified space toward the inner surface of an attaching metal fitting 1, the inner part of the cylindrical body 9 is formed in an air chamber 11 by attaching a diaphragm 10 to the opening part of this cylindrical body 9 and a middle cylinder 12 along the peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 9 and a cylindrical elastic body 13 for forming an orifice 8 by the outer surface of this middle cylinder 12 and the inner surface of the attaching metal fitting 1 are disposed in the space toward the attaching metal fitting 1.
