PURPOSE:To perform molding, assembling and bagging works in series by inspecting the underfill of a male part and receiving good and deficient products by the pin holders provided to a robot hand and, after injection molding, fitting female and male parts each other by a predetermined quantity to take out the same and inspecting the underfill of the female part to discharge good and deficient products and a spool to respective chuters. CONSTITUTION:A completed male part is supplied from a part feeder 2 and the underfill of the male part is inspected by a first short inspection device 4 to distinguish between good and deficient products. Both products are received by the pin holders of a robot hand 6 to be fitted to the female part subjected to injection molding by an injection unit 1b and the female part is taken out of a mold 5 not only to inspect the underfill of the female part by a second short inspection device 8 but also to perform gate cutting. When all of products are good, they are discharged to a good product chuter and, even if a deficient product is one, all of products are discharged to a deficient product chuter 16 and a cut spool is fractionated to be discharged to a regeneration chuter 9. After a predetermined amt. of good products are accumulated in a bag, they are bagged to be sealed. A crusher 12 and a crushed material return machine 10 are connected to the regeneration chuter 9. |
