PIPE LINING TECHNIQUE

PURPOSE:To provide a pipe lining technique which has favorable workability by making use of a small quantity of a heating medium with simple equipments and can perform inexpensively lining and similarly even to a pipe line having slackness. CONSTITUTION:A hot water hose (hot medium hose) 11 is pulled into a pipe lining material 18 by interlocking with an action wherein the pipe lining material 18 impregnated with thermosetting resin is inverted and inserted into a pipe line 1 by fluid pressure, the pipe lining material 18 is heated by circulating hot water within the hot water hose 11 as the pipe lining material 18 is pressed against the inner circumferential surface of the pipe line 1 by making the fluid pressure act upon the inside of the pipe lining material 18 and thermosetting resin infiltrated into the pipe lining material 18 is cured. It is unnecessary to make the pipe lining material 18 fill directly with the heating medium as before and the thermosetting resin infiltrated into the pipe lining material 18 can be cured by a small quantity of hot water which is circulated within the hot water hose 11 pulled into the pipe lining material 18.
